I think I mentioned briefly yesterday that I want to lose 100lbs in 100 days. I’m not sure if this is healthy or possible but I don’t care, I’m going to make this my attempt at a healthier lifestyle. Its funny I choose a blog to document this on simply because its the most antisocial way to go about it but people, for some reason, are more enthused through the web than day-to-day life. That’s on a different realm of things however. My point is just to talk about weight loss, life, family… etc. Anything that affects this journey. Now, I’ve made many excuses for how I got to this point. Every time I turn around there is something new I discover on WebMD and thus I declare I have it and that’s how I gained 20lbs, 50lbs, 75lbs. I don’t think anyone knows how much I currently weigh and I’m not about to reveal it. I think I’m going to wait (I spelled this weight the first time lol) until I reach day 100 with my total lbs and then tell you where I started. Also, for any skinny people reading this, I think you should stay tuned because its not the lbs that define you, its how you take care of yourself. I tell my husband all the time, just because he can eat the cinnamon bun and it not show, doesn’t mean its not there. To each their own. Some great things I’d like people to check out, I’ll make other post for later. Keep in mind before you do anything though, GET A PHYSICAL! That’s the number one way to keep your heart pumping for as long as possible.
Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios w/ 2% Milk
Lunch: Shrimp Alfredo, Broccoli, One of Gordon’s fish fillet (Its leftovers from last night)
Snacks: Applesauce, Jello Pudding, Grapefruit in a cup
Dinner: Boston Market (I didn’t order yet but probably a white piece chicken, creamed spinach, sweet potato)
